The Wegmans School of Pharmacy at St. John Fisher University considers students for transfer admission to both the Campus Pathway and the Online Pathway of their Pharm.D. Program. Admission to the transfer is granted on a case-by-case basis to transfer applicants who have a good academic reputation to their current or previous college or pharmacy school. Regardless of academic performance, a disciplinary probation student cannot graduate from St. John Fisher University until their probation is terminated. The Wegmans School of Pharmacy requires TOEFL scores for non-English speaking applicants. The minimum acceptable TOEFL score is 575 (paper), 233 (computer) or 80 (Internet). Foreign transcripts must be sent to an assessment service to produce a course report. Send this report directly to PharmCAS. If you are accepted, you will be subject to a criminal background check. You must complete this procedure before registering. It is your responsibility to cover the costs associated with this requirement.
