Does Spectrum Tv Require a Contract

I have read all the reviews and I agree that it occupies a lot of people. Unfortunately, these people probably hate their job because they have to lie and deceive people. Spectrum starts by telling you that the bill will have a price, and then a few months later, the bill will increase. There are not a few dollars, it`s $30 and more increases. If you call to inquire about the increase, they will tell you that it was an advertising rate. This action rate ends after one year, and then the bill increases again due to a different action rate. If you call and ask for a new promotion, they`ll tell you they don`t have one. If you threaten to cancel the service, they don`t care. They will tell you to return all their equipment to the next store. Impressive! I`m sure they weren`t as rude as they wanted you to sign up for their cable services. If you want a variety of channels, you`ll pay extra for them.

They are not honest about their service and they do not care about consumers. I`m not talking about front-line staff, I`m talking about people signing their cheques. Spectrum really has a monopoly in most areas and they know they have the upper hand. No matter if they have a monopoly and the upper hand, they need to tell the truth about their service and prices and improve their customer service. People may have problems with gas, electricity or others, but that doesn`t excuse lies and bad service. Customers are those who employ Americans and keep companies in business. Spectrum claims that they are the best cable company on the market. Unfortunately, if you call to complain about their service or problems with their equipment, you will be waiting for at least 15-30 minutes. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they don`t have one available.

If you tell them they can call you back within two hours they promised, you won`t get a reminder. The automated service calls through your service 15 minutes after your call to see how satisfied you were with the service. If you give them a 1 for bad service, the automated service will depend on you after the third answer. I know people need jobs, but not jobs like this. I`m sorry for the people who are employed by them because they have to take calls from dissatisfied customers. I`m also sorry for consumers who don`t have other options. People should be able to choose the company that suits them best. Companies must be held responsible for misleading advertising and poor service.

Everyone knows that things cost money, but companies need to be honest about the cost so that people can budget and choose wisely. I don`t know if TWC was the bottom of the hill, but since “Spektrum” was created, it has definitely plummeted. Now, I can`t even use the digital capabilities of my TV without one of their point-of-sale “set-top boxes.” Spectrum has no contracts for any of its services, whether internet, tv, voice or mobile customer plans. This allows their customers to cancel their subscriptions at any time without cancellation fees. It also gives you the option to sign up for Spectrum whenever you want, even if it`s only for a few months. I just moved from Dish to the spectrum. And not to be mean, but I feel like I`ve traveled back in time. Very few free movies on demand. You can`t get apps like Netflix on the spectrum on the TV or Pandora. And when you look at the demand, you can`t move forward quickly so many little things that I miss. And some very good channels are not offered across the spectrum. I am certainly not impressed.

And I pay the same amount as the court. Please speed up the pace, let`s update Spectrum Lack of honesty or customer support. This company believes that it can do business while not following the rules and regulations of the FCC, LFA. We, the consumers, deserve adequate protection from the companies that move the consumer. This company believes because no contract means that no rules are regulated. Now I will continue my studies in such matters. Worst welcome and equipment with terrible care towards the consumer. This company does not give collective bargaining of business for the all-powerful dollar.

Salina was my service representative and she was the most hateful soul who had me canceled at that time, and I did and of course she didn`t want to go to the manager or supervisor so I could file a complaint about her inadequate service and hateful behavior, I hate Spectrum! I called because they raised my prices in November. I had a great song and a double dance on the packages. When I told the girl that I had a DVR for the whole house and wanted it to continue, she told me no. I told her I certainly did, and she argued with me about it. I told him I wanted the same thing – no change. In the end, I signed up for the Silver plan and was told that I am a historical customer and if I change, I would not be able to go back to what I had before. That is, I was expecting the DVR of the whole house because I said I wanted the same thing and she said I would have it. Surprise! I came home today and wanted to see a picture in another room and no way to get there. After 25 minutes on the phone, I discover that it was not part of my package and if I want it, I will have to pay 25/month more for WHOLE HOUSE DVR. The only other option is to drop my current extra box, which doesn`t have a DVR recording feature, into the store and get a new one that records. If I don`t do it within 5 days, the order will be cancelled and I will have to start all over again.

None of the programmed sayings ever match what I really mean, you have to wonder how I did the other times I had to try to get answers, are they really just trying to prevent the customer from getting a real answer? You could easily understand why some would choose to hang up and just build Spectrum`s shady way of doing business. However, after so many incidents that emerged from the lost end of the consumer spectrum, we decided to leave.

Do you want to know everything about Spectrum? This company convinced me to leave DirecTv, with whom I had been with for 16 years. I was told several times and I was also called back to check it, I was told that I would receive an email to confirm that their DVR does the same as DirecTv. I was on the phone with Spectrum for over 2 hours and was finally told the truth. Spectrum, I guess, as most companies today 🙁😤 openly lie to get your business.
