He advises employers on the development and implementation of compliance and ethics programs, codes of conduct and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. As part of compliance programs, Ray also advises clients on workplace investigations, particularly management investigations and material reputational risks. Ray also advises clients on the interaction between antitrust law and labour and employment matters and advises clients on best practices to avoid potential liability. Ray also assists clients in all aspects of their diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, such as training, employee surveys, developing mentorship programs and creating business resource groups. Raymond Perez defends and represents manufacturers of various products, both domestically and internationally, and as a national and case counsel in state and federal courts in the United States. His practice also includes regulatory compliance, class actions, appeals and insurance-related matters, as well as marine product liability defense. In addition, Raymond advises clients on potential product liability and recall issues.

As a member of the firm`s Latin America and Europe practice, Raymond is frequently called upon to assist with cases of significant economic losses and product liability matters in Latin America and Europe, including Spain, France, Sweden and Finland.
